Our relaunch of the brand interprets the approach that every single e-mail from Inxmail has the meaning and value of a postal letter. In this way, we convey the “proximity to the customer”, which is also emphasized in the brand claim. On the other hand, the symbol stands for Inxmail’s expertise and service.
result
Goal achieved: we presented Inxmail’s new corporate design to the workforce to mark the company’s 20th anniversary. We celebrated the rollout with the development of a corporate language guideline, the brand styleguide and design of corporate and product literature, posters, website and newsletter as well as Inxmail’s appearance at the dmexco fair in Cologne. At the same time, the new brand identity was accompanied by a multi-channel launch campaign. From employees to customers to certified business partners, we took all needs into account in order to transfer the momentum of all business processes into a new dynamic.
Inxmail was looking for the support of a service provider with experience and a feel for CI/CD processes who knew how to understand our business model, the owner, the market, the employees and the brand values.
